Abstract
The purpose of this study is to survey an actual profile of networking among domestic primary medical institutes, and analyze their satisfaction of management results through comparing general and networked clinics with each other, The purpose of the study is to analyze possible types of medical networking that influences management results. It is expected that network-based MSOs will face a series of challenges such as original identity, technologically competitive advantages, profitability, doctor shareholders`` corporate governance structure, development of outsourced services, and development of various franchise models.
